Lamar Jackson and Baltimore toppled Tampa Bay 41-31 on Monday night. And as a result of Jackson's dominant performance, he's now the favorite to win NFL MVP.

The Ravens' quarterback threw for 281 yards and five touchdowns in the win, and his MVP futures moved to +225 from +550.

Now, Kansas City's Patrick Mahomes — the favorite going into Week 7 — is second on the board, moving to +475 from +360.

Let's take a look at some more of the top names on the MVP oddsboard at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Oct. 22.

2024-25 NFL MVP ODDS:

Lamar Jackson, Ravens: +225 (bet $10 to win $32.50 total)
Patrick Mahomes, Chiefs: +475 (bet $10 to win $57.50 total)
Josh Allen, Bills: +500 (bet $10 to win $60 total)
Jared Goff, Lions: +850 (bet $10 to win $95 total)
Jordan Love, Packers: +1300 (bet $10 to win $140 total)
C.J. Stroud, Texans: +1300 (bet $10 to win $140 total)
Joe Burrow, Bengals: +1700 (bet $10 to win $180 total)
Jayden Daniels, Commanders: +1700 (bet $10 to win $180 total)
Sam Darnold, Vikings: +1700 (bet $10 to win $180 total)
Brock Purdy, 49ers: +2000 (bet $10 to win $210 total)
Kyler Murray, Cardinals: +2500 (bet $10 to win $260 total)
Jalen Hurts, Eagles: +2800 (bet $10 to win $290 total)
Baker Mayfield, Buccaneers: +3000 (bet $10 to win $310 total)
Derrick Henry, Ravens: +4000 (bet $10 to win $410 total)
Dak Prescott, Cowboys: +4500 (bet $10 to win $460 total)
Kirk Cousins, Falcons: +5000 (bet $10 to win $510 total)
Aaron Rodgers, Jets: +9000 (bet $10 to win $910 total)

Rounding out the top three is Josh Allen at +500, moving slightly from +475.

Fourth on the list is Jared Goff. The Lions QB made a huge jump up the board, shortening to +850 from +1800.

"Jared Goff essentially looks like he's playing catch with his friends," host Colin Cowherd said on "The Herd" after Detroit got by Minnesota 31-29. "In his last three games, Jared Goff's completed 85% of his throws with a 153% passer rating.

"It's a video game."

Jordan Love has also moved up the board, as his MVP futures shortened to +1300 from +2200.

In the Packers' 24-22 win over the Texans, Love threw for 220 yards and three touchdowns.

FOX Sports NFL reporter Eric Williams wrote last week that "Love is rounding into form" in the wake of his knee injury.

His 15 TDs on the season are currently tied for first in the league.

Lions beat Vikings 31-29, Are they the best team in the NFC?

Kyler Murray is also moving up the betting board.

After the Cardinals defeated the Chargers 17-15, his odds to win MVP shifted to +2500 from +3500.

Other notable movement includes Aaron Rodgers dropping to +9000 from +5000 and Kirk Cousins falling to +5000 from +3000.

Aaron Rodgers on Jets keeping belief: 'Stop listening to media'

As for best bets for the award, FOX Sports betting expert Jason McIntyre has you covered with his three best bets for NFL MVP:

Editor's Note: Bets placed on 7/25/2024

Here are two things we know about NFL MVP: the last non-QB to win the award was Adrian Peterson in 2012, and, before that, it was LaDainian Tomlinson (2006).

To tally that up, 16 of the last 18 winners have been quarterbacks.

Last year, Lamar Jackson had 15-1 odds to win the MVP and ended up stealing it with a December surge past … Brock Purdy.

Here are three guys I’m taking a flier on this year*:

Jalen Hurts

The addition of Saquon Barkley could have a massive impact on the offense, similar to how Christian McCaffrey transformed the 49ers. The schedule for Hurts is very favorable, and the Eagles could lead the league in offense. Hurts may be the best QB in the NFC by midseason, and these odds will shrink, so take them now.

PICK: Jalen Hurts to win 2024 NFL MVP (+1500)

Jared Goff

The media seems to really like Goff, or perhaps it’s his awesome story of redemption — kicked to the curb by the Rams, and then gets to within 3 points of a Super Bowl with the "lowly Lions".

Goff may not be a top-3 player for the Lions, but if Detroit wins 12 to 13 games, he’ll certainly be in the discussion.

PICK: Jared Goff to win 2024 NFL MVP (+2000)

What does Jalen Hurts have to prove this season?

Anthony Richardson

He's a long-shot bet, especially for a 22-year-old who played in four games and threw three TD passes. But, he’s got one of the best young play-callers in Shane Steichen, and the late-season schedule is perhaps the weakest in the NFL: at New England, bye, at Denver, vs. Tennessee, at Giants, vs. Jaguars.

A 5-0 finishing kick could get them to 11 wins, which would vault him firmly in the mix for the MVP.

PICK: Anthony Richardson to win 2024 NFL MVP (+3000)
